On 1 December 2017, Grove Road Primary School and Tring School came together to form a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) Ridgeway Learning Partnership (RLP). In September 2021, the Trust welcomed Dundale Primary School and Nursery to the partnership.
THREE schools with distinct identities
Dundale is a one-form entry primary school with 200 students, Grove Road is a two-form entry primary school with 450 students, whilst Tring is a large Church of England secondary school with over 1,500 students - all with common goals; working together to create the best possible experience for students and teachers by ensuring a seamless education from 3 - 19 years for the children of Tring.
A huge amount has been achieved to further improve the provision for our students and enhance the professional development of our staff in a very short space of time. The culture of the Trust is one of continuous improvement.

Benefits
The cross-phase MAT partnership (3-19) provides RLP schools with a bespoke menu of support and guidance. Whilst there is a clear reporting structure and schedule of delegation, partnerships exist at all levels and the crossover creates a thriving two way partnership, with schools learning from each other to maximise the provision on offer for all the pupils at every phase in their learning journey.
