Resources Committee

The Resources Committee maintains oversight of the trust’s finances, land and buildings, commercial arrangements and staffing. 

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the committee meets quarterly to:

  • Maintain oversight of budget setting, financial monitoring and statutory reporting
  • Top slice and central services, buildings maintenance and development
  • Site security
  • Defining delegated authority limits
  • Staffing
  • Reviewing policies associated with financial management and people management across the trust
