Resources Committee

The Resources Committee maintains oversight of the trust’s finances, land and buildings, commercial arrangements and staffing. 

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the committee meets quarterly to maintain oversight of budget setting, financial monitoring and statutory reporting; top slice and central services, buildings maintenance and development; site security; defining delegated authority limits; staffing; and reviewing policies associated with financial management and people management across the trust.
